Performances

There will be two different performances both of which are open to the public. The first is at a church service on Sunday of the Retreat that will have at least two pieces in which everyone plays. There will also be a few smaller groups performing at the church service.

The second performance will be at a small local recital hall on Monday afternoon of the Retreat. Each person will have four or five pieces of music to learn just for this performance and will probably be a part of two different groups.

The group will be divided into three ability levels - easy, intermediate and advanced. Music will be sent to each person to learn BEFORE coming to the Retreat. The music will be duets, trios, quartets and possibly quintets depending on how many people come, what instrument(s) they play and how many there are in each ability level.

Each group will receive at least one coaching session from Chris. You MUST learn your parts before you come to the Retreat: there is little time for individual practice at the Retreat itself.
